Q2: Where are you located?
We are based in Anji, Zhejiang Province, China, approximately a 3-hour drive from Shanghai. Typically, we ship our goods from either Ningbo or Shanghai Port.
Q3: Can we get a sample to check the quality before placing an order?
Absolutely, samples are available. However, the buyer is responsible for the sample fee and shipping costs. The sample fee can be refunded upon placing a mass production order.
Q4: What's your payment term?
We accept T/T (30% deposit to initiate production and the remaining 70% before shipping) or L/C payable at sight.
Q5: What's your delivery time?
Our delivery time is within 30-45 days after receiving the deposit.
Q6: What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is a 20GP container order. We accept mixed container orders with a minimum of 50 pieces per color.
