Q2: Where are you located?
Our factory is located in the beautiful Anji, Zhejiang Province, China, approximately a 3-hour drive from Shanghai. We typically ship our exquisite goods from either Ningbo or Shanghai Port.
Q3: Can we get a sample to check the quality before placing an order?
Absolutely! Samples are available. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for the sample fee and freight costs. The sample fee is refundable against the mass production order.
Q4: What's your payment term?
We accept T/T (30% deposit to commence production and 70% balance before shipping) or L/C payable at sight.
Q5: What's your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is within 30-45 days after receiving the deposit.
Q6: What's your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is a 20GP container. We do accept mixed container orders with a minimum of 50 pieces per color.
